- NDA (non-disclosure agreement) — a binding agreement to keep the seller’s confidential data private; required by some listings before full details are shown. See NDA & disclosure.
- Gradual disclosure — revealing a listing in layers (public → registered → post-NDA). See Privacy & anonymity.
- Anonymous listing — hides the owner’s identity only (name, description, logo), not the price or figures.
- Boost — pushes a listing to the top of the feed with a “Featured” badge for 7 days; Featured plan and above.
- Listing strength — a meter of how complete a listing is; higher completeness ranks better and attracts more serious buyers.
- Interest request — a buyer’s signal of interest in a project, which may include qualifying answers.
- Qualifying questions — short questions a buyer answers to screen for a serious, well-matched fit before a conversation opens.

- Commission — the brokerage fee set out in the brokerage agreement, plus VAT, due on close. See Commission protection.

- “After signing the NDA” — a set price that is hidden until the buyer signs.
- “By agreement” — no price was set; it will be built through negotiation.
