The Customize tab on your project’s Manage page is where you control everything a buyer sees about your project: how visible it is, what data is exposed before and after the NDA, the tools that screen serious buyers, and the tools that raise your listing’s appeal. This page is for the owner who wants to understand each group on its own and know when to use each option.
Anonymous listing hides your identity only (name, description, logo, and the link between listings from the same owner). It does not automatically hide the price or media. To hide the price or sensitive figures, use the Sensitive data group separately.

1) Listing & visibility

This group controls how your project appears in the marketplace, who can see it, and how it looks to a buyer before they sign the NDA.
A meter showing how complete your listing is (data, documents, identity, media). The higher it is, the more appealing your listing and the higher it ranks. It doesn’t measure project quality; it measures the completeness of what a buyer sees.
  • Public: visible to any visitor, with sensitive data restricted.
  • In-platform: visible only to registered, verified buyers. Choose what fits your project’s sensitivity; you can switch anytime.
Require a signed NDA before full details are revealed. A buyer cannot see restricted content before signing, and cannot sign before verifying their account. Read NDA & disclosure.
Hides your identity only:
  • Name → an alternate title you choose.
  • Description → an alternate description.
  • Logo hidden.
  • Prevents correlating two listings to the same owner.
It does not hide the price or figures; use the Sensitive data group for that.Available on the Essentials plan and above.
Choose a clear cover image and supporting images that reflect the project without unintentionally revealing an exact location or sensitive data.Gallery size depends on your plan: Free 6, Essentials 10, Featured 15, Growth 20, Business 30 images.
A button that shows your listing exactly as a buyer sees it before signing the NDA. Use it before publishing to confirm nothing you didn’t intend to reveal has leaked.
Press “Preview as a buyer” after every substantive change, especially if you enabled anonymous listing or hid the price — you confirm the protection works as you expect.

2) Sensitive data

Here you decide what stays hidden until the NDA is signed.
  • Asking price: hide it so “After signing the NDA” shows instead of the number.
  • Revenue and profit: hide the detailed financial figures.
  • Employee count: hide the real size if it reveals your identity.
  • Exact location: show only the city/region and hide the address.
  • Reason for selling: hide it or use general wording.
The difference between “After signing the NDA” and “By agreement”:
  • “After signing the NDA”: a set price that is hidden until signing.
  • “By agreement”: no price was set and it will be built through negotiation.

3) Communication

This group screens buyers and protects your time.
  • Qualifying questions: short questions a buyer answers before the conversation opens (budget, source of funding, sector experience). Essentials plan and above.
  • Blocking specific buyers: a blocklist of names whose interest you don’t want to receive. Essentials plan and above.
  • Auto-reply: a first message that reaches the buyer the moment you accept their interest.
  • Expected response time: shows to the buyer as a trust signal (e.g. “within 24 hours”).
  • Notification preferences: email, phone, or in-app only.
  • Communication channel: all communication happens on-platform — do not share external channels.
Sharing external channels (WhatsApp, email, phone) inside conversations is prohibited and is rejected automatically to protect the commission and both parties. See Commission protection.

4) Listing improvement

Tools that raise appeal without compromising privacy.
  • Highlight tags: keywords that surface the project’s strengths (e.g. “stable contracts”, “consistent team”). Count depends on your plan: Essentials 3, Featured 5, Growth 6, Business 7.
  • FAQ: ready answers to what buyers ask most. Featured plan and above.
  • Teaser video: a short video that explains the project. Featured plan and above.
  • Brochure: a presentation you can gate behind the NDA so it appears only after signing. Featured plan and above.
  • Watermark removal: show your images without the Mumtalakat watermark. Business plan only.
  • Boost: pushes your listing to the top of the feed with a “Featured” badge for 7 days. Featured plan and above. See Plans.

5) Listing management

Control the listing’s state directly:
  • Refresh: returns the listing to the top of the feed (it can’t be overused — the system limits excessive repetition). Featured plan and above.
  • Schedule: set a date on which the listing stops automatically. Featured plan and above.
  • Pause: pause the listing now and bring it back anytime — pausing is reversible. Featured plan and above.
A listing expires automatically after 90 days and can be refreshed to republish. Manual pausing doesn’t cancel the project; it only hides it.
