Intro meeting

Consulting hours
A specialist session on a topic you choose.
Deal meeting
Between you and the other party, inside the conversation.
1) Intro meeting with the team
From the booking page, with no sign-in: pick a day and time and leave your details.1
You book a slot
An acknowledgement email arrives immediately, with a tentative calendar entry you can add.
2
The team reviews it
The booking is not auto-confirmed; the team confirms it during working hours (10am–4pm Riyadh time).
3
You get the meeting link
After confirmation you receive a Google Meet link and a proper calendar invitation.
2) Consulting hours
Specialist sessions where you choose the topic when booking (financial planning, market strategy, legal structure, preparing a buyer pitch, and more).- The request starts as requested, then Mumtalakat confirms it and attaches the meeting link.
- Each plan carries a yearly allowance of hours that grows with higher plans — see Plans.
- Extra hours can also be bought separately, independent of any plan.
3) Deal meeting (between both parties)
Once a deal conversation is open, either party can propose a slot from the available hours the project owner has set.1
The owner sets their hours
From project settings → Meeting hours.
2
The other party books
They pick an open slot and choose an online meeting or an in-person one inside Saudi Arabia.
3
The slot is accepted
The booking stays pending until the other side accepts; it then appears as a message in the conversation and a notification for both parties.
4
The meeting runs
Video meetings happen inside Mumtalakat itself, in a private room — no external apps.
How many meetings per month, how long they run, and how far ahead they can be booked all follow the project owner’s plan. The buyer pays nothing and is never charged against these limits.
