# Mumtalakat: Saudi Business Brokerage Platform

> Mumtalakat connects project owners and buyers to sell and acquire businesses in Saudi Arabia. Negotiate, contract, and close deals entirely on-platform.

Mumtalakat is a commercial-brokerage platform that brings together project owners and investors to buy and sell businesses — full sales, partial stakes, partnerships, and mergers. Every step of the deal, from initial interest through e-signing the contract, happens securely on the platform.
