Mumtalakat is a **commercial-brokerage** platform that connects project owners with buyers to sell businesses across Saudi Arabia. Whether you are looking to exit completely, sell a partial stake, bring on a strategic partner, or explore a merger, Mumtalakat provides a single, governed environment where the entire deal — communication, negotiation, and contracting — is recorded and protected for both parties.

Deals on Mumtalakat can take any of the following forms:

* **Full sale** of the business.
* **Partial sale** or selling a stake.
* **Partnership or merger.**

## Core Principles

The following principles define how Mumtalakat operates and how it differs from general marketplaces or advisory services.
