# Mumtalakat Pricing: Plans, Commission & Add-Ons Explained

> Understand Mumtalakat's flat 10% brokerage commission, compare the five annual subscription plans, and review add-ons for contracts and consulting.

Mumtalakat uses a straightforward two-part pricing model: a **brokerage commission** charged on every closed deal, and an **annual subscription plan** that determines the scale of features available to project owners. Choosing the right plan depends on how many projects you manage, how many deals you run concurrently, and whether your team needs advanced tools like performance analytics or anonymous listings.

## Commission

  A **fixed commission of 10% of the deal value + 15% VAT** applies to every deal closed on Mumtalakat (effective total ≈ **11.5%**). The commission becomes due when the **contract is signed and you receive payment** — or when the first installment is received if payment is split across multiple installments.

The commission is established by the **brokerage agreement** you sign after your project is approved on the platform. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that this commission applies to every deal you close through Mumtalakat, regardless of your subscription plan.

The Free plan is sufficient to list one project and complete one deal using a manually uploaded contract.

## Add-Ons

If your usage exceeds your plan's included allowances, you can purchase add-ons at any time without upgrading your plan.
