# Team Members & Roles on Mumtalakat

> Invite your team to your project workspace on Mumtalakat, learn the three roles — owner, admin, member — and the seats included in each plan.

Running a deal is rarely a one-person job — your accountant, partner, or documents lead may need access. From **Settings → Team** you invite members to your workspace with clearly-scoped roles.

## The three roles

| Role       | Permissions                                                         |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Owner**  | All permissions — the workspace creator; the role can't be changed  |
| **Admin**  | Manages the team and invitations, alongside day-to-day project work |
| **Member** | Day-to-day work: conversations, documents, deal follow-up           |

## How to invite a member

    From Settings → Team, enter the member's email and pick their role.

    An email invitation arrives; they create an account (or sign in) and join the workspace.

  <Step title="Adjust roles anytime">
    The owner and admins can promote, demote, or remove members at any time.

  The first seat is the owner. If you hit your plan's limit, upgrade or remove an inactive member to free a seat. See [Plans](/en/start/plans).

  Members can see the project's data and conversations — invite only people you trust, and remove anyone who leaves your team promptly.
