# Your Project's Documents Room on Mumtalakat

> Organise your project's documents into clear sections — general, financial, operational, legal, HR — and control exactly what a buyer sees after signing the NDA.

The **documents room** is your project's secure space for storing and organising its documents — and for sharing the ones you choose with serious buyers after they sign the NDA. A buyer who finds tidy, complete documents moves through the deal much faster.

## The five sections

| Section         | What typically goes in it                             |
| --------------- | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| **General**     | Project overview, brochure, images and presentations  |
| **Financial**   | Financial statements, revenue, reports                |
| **Operational** | Operating contracts, suppliers, systems and processes |
| **Legal**       | Registrations and licences, legal contracts           |
| **HR**          | Team structure, employment contracts                  |

## Who sees what?

Each document has a visibility level you set:

* **After the NDA**: visible to a buyer only after they sign the NDA — and they are identity-verified by definition.
* **Hidden**: private to you and your team; no buyer ever sees it.

## How to use it

    Signed buyers reach the room from the opportunity page, and everything stays on-platform and on the record.

  Prepare the room before your first interest arrives — a buyer who signs the NDA and finds an empty room loses momentum, while one who finds it complete gains confidence and moves forward. Storage capacity follows your plan — see [Plans](/en/start/plans).
