# Promotion Requests and the Design Studio for Brokers

> How to request a campaign for a listing at a higher rate conditional on a target, and how to design cards carrying the listing's images and your link.

## Requesting a promotion

Alongside your general link, you can request a **campaign for a specific listing**: pick the listing, set a **target** and a **period**, and attach your marketing materials. The Mumtalakat team reviews it.

<Warning>
  The approved campaign rate is **conditional on meeting the target within the approved period**. If the target is not met, deals produced by the campaign are calculated at your base rate.
</Warning>

<Note>
  Each listing can carry **one live request** from you at a time. A campaign moves from Approved to Active the day its window opens, then expires once it closes — and you are notified when it starts and three days before it ends.
</Note>

<Info>
  Do not enter **contact details or any personal data** about your clients in the target fields — numbers only.
</Info>

## The design studio

An in-platform editor for building cards ready to post on social media, with templates, elements and direct export.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Choose the card's subject">
    In the settings tab, search for a listing and pick it — its **hero image, gallery, title, sector and city** flow into the design. Or leave it as a general invitation to the platform.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Design and adjust">
    Pick a template and adjust colours, text and elements. The Mumtalakat logo is fixed on broker cards — it is what gives them their credibility.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Export and post">
    Download the card and post it. The link on it always carries your code, and with a listing picked it opens **sign-up first, then the listing** — because jumping straight to the listing shows it to them and credits nobody.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Warning>
  The studio only surfaces what is **publicly listed**. An anonymous listing stays anonymous in your design, and a price gated behind an NDA **never appears** — what goes on a card gets published.
</Warning>

<Note>
  The studio opens only for an approved broker: a card carrying a link that does not attribute is worse than no card at all.
</Note>

## Measuring the result

The **Performance** page shows visits to your links, the sign-ups they produced and your conversion rate, broken down by country, device, browser and source.
