# Join the Mumtalakat Broker Programme and Get Approved

> How to join the broker programme: applications are open with no invite needed, approval requires verified identity and accepted terms, and what each account status means.

The Mumtalakat broker programme lets you bring buyers and investors to the platform and earn **a share of Mumtalakat's commission** on deals that close for the people you brought. This page covers how to join, and what stands between you and your first riyal.

## Applications are open

Anyone can apply at the [broker sign-up page](https://app.mumtalakat.sa/register/broker). An invite is **optional** — if you received one it locks the application to your email address and carries the rate and attribution window set for you in advance; without one, the programme's standard terms apply.

<Note>
  Either way your account starts as **Under review**, and the Mumtalakat team is notified the moment you apply.
</Note>

## Two conditions, no exceptions

Approval cannot happen before both are complete. This is enforced by the system, not by policy:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Verify your identity">
    Upload your national ID from the verification page in your dashboard. Review is **manual**, by the Mumtalakat team. It is not only a condition of approval — no payout can be made to you before it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Accept the programme terms">
    The terms appear in a dialog that does not close until you accept. They govern your share, your attribution window and when a commission can be reversed — so accepting them is a condition of entry, not a formality.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approval">
    Once both are done the Mumtalakat team approves your account and you are notified. That is when **your link starts attributing**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Warning>
  Before approval, any sign-up through your link **is not credited to you**. Do not distribute your link or your designed cards until you can see that your account is approved.
</Warning>

## Account statuses

| Status | What it means | Does your link attribute? |
| ------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------- |
| Under review | Your application is with the team | No |
| Approved | You are working at full permissions | Yes |
| Suspended | A reviewable decision; you receive the reason | No |
| Ended | A final decision: an application not accepted, or a participation that has ended | No |

<Info>
  In every stopped state, **commissions you already earned are unaffected**. And you are told in writing, with the reason — not left to discover it by accident.
</Info>

## When the terms change

If the programme terms are amended, the new version is put in front of you in a blocking dialog before you can continue. Your earlier acknowledgement stays on record as the version you worked under — and the new one does not apply to you before you have read and accepted it.
